Write, Track, Grow SMS Opt In
California Area School District uses Write, Track, Grow, an internal platform available only to district employees, where teachers submit photographs of student work as instructional evidence. Because the platform sits behind a staff login, the text message opt in screen is reproduced here so it can be reviewed without district credentials.
How a teacher opts in
- The teacher opens https://write-track-grow.base44.app and signs in with district credentials.
- The teacher selects Profile, then Text Message Settings.
- The teacher enters their own mobile number.
- The teacher checks the consent box, which is unchecked by default and is never pre checked.
- The teacher selects Save.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by unchecking the box or replying STOP to any message.

Recipients: District employees only. No messages are sent to students, parents, or the public.
Message types: Confirmation that submitted evidence was received, and occasional reminders about the weekly writing artifact.
Message frequency: Varies, typically one to three messages per week during the school year.
Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opt out
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages.
